Open/Close reports help business owners track when their business is being opened and closed - and who is opening and closing the business. This is made possible because each employee can be assigned a distinct user code (up to 32 users). When an employee disarms the security system in the morning, a report is sent to the monitoring center indicating both the user and time that the system was disarmed. Conversely, when an employee arms the system at the end of the day, a report is sent indicating the user and time that the system was armed.
Reports are available in real-time through password protected online access - 24hours a day. This service also includes convenient, month-end emailed summaries of all openings and closings as well as any alarm activity.
Open/Close reports can also help you determine whether or not the alarm system is being used every night. And, because these reports are available in real-time, you can even determine whether the alarm system is armed or disarmed at any given time.
