We did our homework before talking to any of the security companies doing business in our area. We live in Phoenix, Arizona and had a lot of choices. All of the larger security companies offered similar (if not exactly the same) technology. Bulwark won out based on competitive equipment and monthly service contract pricing as well as the best customer service record of all the companies we considered. I was very surprised that the two largest companies doing business in our area are not even listed with the Better Business Bureau.

This is the security company to use. When I make a purchase I always research what I am buying and the companies that I am considering buying from very thoroughly. My research led me to Bulwark and I definitely made the right choice. Their pricing and approach was very fair and honest, the installation was outstanding and the technician was very thorough in answering all of my questions and in addressing all of my requests. It was also handled very professionally and they left our house as clean as it was when they arrived.

I looked up Alarm companies on the BBB Site and found that Bulwark is rated an A+. Let’s just say he definitely knows what he is doing. I had a lot of questions since this was my first security system. He was very patient and answered them all! He walked me through using my keypad and made sure I felt comfortable with the system that was installed in my home. He was also very professional and cleaned up after he was done. He exceeded my expectations! I would recommend Bulwark to everyone!

I got a very timely appointment for a consultation. They were very detailed & thorough. The installation date was 2 weeks out. They were on time, they let me know I was a complicated installation so it would be a while which was helpful. They were neat, clean & tidy. Took the time to explain the system & the details. Followed up and billed & invoiced me promptly through email.

I was very pleased with the alarm installation. When we discovered that the current alarm wiring was inadequate Jeff was willing to rewire the house with a GREAT attitude. I would whole heartedly recommend Bulwark Security. The monitoring contract was also the most consumer friendly alarm contract I had seen.
